LAS VEGAS - Colliers International – Las Vegas, a leading commercial real estate company, announced it recently received a 2013 Business Excellence Award from the Las Vegas Metro Chamber of Commerce. Colliers received a Cultivator award, recognizing the company for setting a standard of high quality service in commercial real estate sales, leasing and management, as well as supporting the community with numerous charitable efforts.
The chamber of commerce’s Business Excellence Awards honor businesses in Las Vegas that demonstrate outstanding service, innovation and community contributions. Colliers International – Las Vegas was among 25 businesses recognized at this year’s event.

Even with the challenges of the recent economic downturn, Colliers has continued to solidify business relationships and successfully complete many of the largest and most complex real estate transactions in the Southern Nevada market. Colliers created and oversees the nonprofit Links for Life Foundation, which has contributed more than $2.1 million to local children’s charities, including Nevada Children’s Center, Candlelighters, Junior Achievement and Safe Nest.
